I went to pick up dinner for my family. Our fries were refried so many times they were rock solid, and one of our burgers was completely wrong. My brother went back to get it replaced, after coming back home he opened the box to find they forgot the bacon completely. It’s literally a BACON cheeseburger. It’s IN THE NAME. No service very rude unprofessional window attendant with no knowledge of menu items. Also false advertising a $1.99 menu on the menu board you order at by the window so we left.
The bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat that ! So disappointed this was my second time going to sonic and disappointed!!
Every time I order online and I come here and I sit at a stall it takes over 20 minutes just for them to bring out my food when the screen says that someone's bringing it out. The food is great slushie's great, it's just the wait that is annoying
