It should not take 20+ minutes for an order of popcorn chicken and fries. When I finally received my order it was cold and they had no Diet Coke which I had ordered. So, this caused another delay. This Sonic has been bad for several years, but today definitely tops the worst experience ever!
Please. Im begging you. Fix your machines! The buttons never work no matter what slot. And if this can't be fixed then allow a tip on the credit card if the hop has to take the card inside. Its not their fault.
Kiosks never work and wait even with mobile orders takes a long time. Not sure anyone works here anymore
I ordered a oreo sonic blast, and they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with oreos sprinkled on top. Not mixed it should be. Here is the description: REO® Cookie pieces swirled with SONIC’s creamy vanilla soft serve & topped with more Oreo® Cookie pieces I hate this place!!
