8 minutes for an unsweet tea that they somehow got wrong. Food takes at least 15 minutes
Their online ordering is a horrible, awful disaster experience. 2 different times, the website would reload randomly, stop and send a code to my phone midway through ordering, try sending me to a different store after I selected my preferred store. Both times, I finally gave up. The 2 different experiences were weeks a part on 2 different devices. So no stars for food or service or atmosphere because I was literally unable to order. Never again.
Fix your intercom system and your touch screens please. Fix the app while you’re at it. It worked until starting to check out.
