The workers are always nice and polite. Topping for fast food is a little strange. I ordered iced coffee with cream, unsweetened. It came sweetened and they said no other way…? In what world can you NOT make iced coffee with milk/cream without sweetener??
It seems like the employees are doing a great job, all are so kind….I just HATE the order screens…some are completely broke (you hit red button but no one every takes your order, you can barely understand them and they can barely understand you as you scream your order.) They also charge sometimes for ranch when you order cheesesticks and for the cheese that is supposed to come with the pretzel which irritates me…hoping they can upgrade the screens soon.
Took 30 minutes for just a slush and other customers who were there before me all had to get out their cars to see if they even had their orders. While the place wasn’t even busy. Please get an evaluation for staff. Because this is the only day of the week this happens
Very sweet staff! I’m not a huge fan of the burgers here but their sides and drinks are delicious, I love their mozzarella sticks and tater tots!
