I actually used to love Sonic, but their app is complete trash. The website for online ordering is garbage. The final straw for me was the email and text promotions I receive are not honored. See pictures for details.
Absolutely five stars! The staff at this Sonic location is genuinely amazing. They are so friendly and quick to help with anything you need. Their positive energy makes a huge difference, and they always ensure my order is exactly right. The excellent service here is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for a great experience!
Order 2 drinks on the app for 5 min ready. It took them over 20 min just to bring me my drinks. That’s only because I got out the car and pressed a button and the drinks were just sitting there and no longer slushy
