Be careful paying with cash. She shorted me $10 on my change. When I brought it up she tried multiple times trying to convince me it was right. When she finally realized I wasn't falling for it she said there isnt anymore money in the building. After arguing with her she finally came back with change. Somehow money magically appeared from the safe. 100% obvious she was trying to pocket the last $10
Awful. Online ordering is never available, took 10 mins to take my order bc she couldn't "hear me" order never appeared on screen then it shut off.
If I could do no stars I would. Nathanie was very rude. First he was rude through the intercom with taking my order(2 m&m blasts and an ocean water) which I just took it as he was having a bad night because we all have them days. Why can they never make and order right and the person on the coms I literally had to raise my voice because she couldn’t hear me.
I just drove away from Sonic to go get breakfast somewhere else. I waited about 2 or 3 minutes after pressing the red button and no one answered. The young lady at the front was doing whatever she was doing at the counter and there was a guy outside. I don't know if it's related but he was wiping down his car so I went somewhere else to get breakfast for four people today
