If you order online from here and Shay is working most likely you will wait and get treated with attitude cause you asked why I had to wait 10 min for a drink I ordered almost 15 min prior almost 30 min for a drink. ANY OTHER TIME this sonic is AMAZING
I ordered jalopena poppers with ranch dressing and chicken strips with honey mustard sauce. It took forever to get our order and we had neither of the sauces we requested. So the server brought us 1 of each! It wasn't enough for the quantities we ordered. What the heck? It had been a long time since we had gone to the Durango Sonic. I don't think we'll stop here again.
Manager on duty on 9/3 @ 8pm was so rude. And actually called me out of my name.
