I ordered on line and made purchase. I followed their instructions and tried to check in but their check in stalls were inoperable and I was told to go thru the drive through line. We'll the drive through line was very slow so I called the manager and he said he would bring my order to my car. When this didn't happen I called the manager and asked if I could just cancel my order. He hung up on the phone so I continued to wait in line.
