At this point I don’t understand why you guys are still functioning … I ordered online and my good wa suppose to be ready @120 , well it’s currently 1:42 and I still haven’t received my food. Literally looks like there’s only one person working right now.
I attempted to go there today around 11pm and they were not answering the call buttons and tried to go through the drive thru and no response. I was unable to make an order online. I saw employees working but not doing anything
Ordered 3 items and it is taking over an hour. No one responds to questions or anything. Deff will not be coming back. I have seen 4 people leave without getting their food. Will be sending corp a message as well this is ridiculous. I really want to give negative starts they dont even deserve 1 star.
Not the best experience. I made some modifications but didnt receive them. I was definitely charged for them but didnt receive them. (Extra cheese on my burger, sundae had no whip or cherry.) These things may seem small but its a big impact on your experience at an establishment and the lack of respect you feel when you could've spent your money elsewhere. And I drove 20mins to get there. On a higher note the young lady and gentleman that brought my food to me were very pleasant.
