Pulled up and was told they’re “too busy and won’t take my order” was then told “if you just ordered online we could help you” . 5 vehicles were at the building including mine. What is that , absolutely terrible
States they are open but wont take orders at a window or drive thru past midnight. Only online orders.
As of mid April 2026, the team they have now are very kind and customer focused. Definitely something that feels rare these days!
Awful service, I ordered 2 burgers, got em, checked and it looks really bad, like if they dropped it to the floor and served me with it, I asked them to remake it, I didnt even bite it, they just keep asking what the problem, not once they said sorry , so they wasted another 15 minutes and gave me new 2 burgers, but replacement was also low quality, like if they did it on purpose, both new burgers were burned and they, and were worse then usual, since I visit this place weekly, so yeah, staff was awful
