This place was a ratchet mess don't eat here !! After waiting 30 minutes the food finally came and it was cold how it take 30 minutes and food cold management sucks i seen the manager talking down upon employees it was very degrading it came to a point where I thought the manager was about to fight the employee definitely a hostile work environment i couldn't work there and i won't be eating at this location again do better sonic
This place is so unsanitary and Unprofessional.
Saw small roaches in the bathroom, filth, found hair on my fries, rude workers with un professional attitude, wait time incredibly long, greasy bags. Left very unsatisfied and angry!!!
Sonic’s used to be the best to go on little dates but now it’s become so sad . Sadly most of the crew members are very unprofessional including management sadly . After I made a complaint about the grease being changed manager Jasmine looked at me as if I’m supposed to take the food as it is . And this company is very colorist as well I may add that as well. I love sonic blasts. However sometimes their blasts are not always frozen its more like a milk shake. Their food is not that great but their blasts are the bomb.
