Wondering why it seems like no one cares about the fact that the manager at Boaz Al Sonic is vaping inside the kitchen while food is being made!!! They thought we would eat the food they made while this guy was smoking there??? Did he really not think about food contamination? My wife and I bought 2 "Smash-Burgers, Sunday afternoon, on the 14th of Sept. And not only did it have hardly any flavor to it,, but also, it was the soggiest, sloppiest, messiest burger I have had, since way back when Wendy's used to advertise their "Hot and Juicy", sloppy, soggy, sorry burgers.

Hey guys I’m the Genral manger of sonic 6115 at 7725 w university I have signs put out and they keep getting taken off we are not ingoring anyone we are haveing trouble with our commutations we are working to fix it as possible,  as some of my  costumers may know sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t,depends on if it has rained within the last few days we do have a drive through that never gets ingored while I appreciate y’all’s patience with us we are working really hard to  get 100

I ordered chicken bites via door dash not only were they cold and it only took them about 15 minutes to be delivered, they were so hard my dog who is a bully had trouble chewing them! it was my first and what a disappointment.

I understand working late shifts can be tiring. I work in the service industry, as well. But I just visited this location and was met with eye-rolling, & no greeting. Staff walked away without a word. Order was correct, customer service was poor.

The worst!! I ordered a chocolate shake and there was maybe enough ice cream in it to make it look like it was ice cream in the cup. It was was mixed w a very dense cream almost like a whipped cream. It was not cold and they put strawberry syrup on top!! I couldn’t drink it so as I poured it out it had chunks of that dense cream substance all through it and a Cherry came out too!! Sonic has gone to he$$! I will not return I almost feel nauseous!! My husband ordered a strawberry shake , same thing!

So i just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches and a route 44 ice coffee, not only did i have to wait almost an hour but i didn't get my drink. The sandwiches were barely even warm they didn't give me my extra onion and lettuce. It was gross. And the patty didn't even look like chicken and the sauce tasted fishy. The driver claimed they didn't hand her a drink. And she apparently didn't even read my order to make sure everything was there. I ended up getting my money back. I have came to the western ave location 2 times now and on both occasions they took 20-30 minutes to let me order while there was no other cars there. This time was worse because when I drove away I saw all of them outside at the drive through door just talking. The only way to get service is go to the drive through door. Can’t ignore you then I guess.
