Spent $20. Waited 10+ minutes. Got 3 “milk”shakes and a float that were all straight liquid. They’ve given us raw corndogs in the past. Food has declined in quality since the owners changed.
Long haired lady with a braid has terrible customer service
The sonic in Cleveland Oklahoma needs HELP!!! They never have anything and there is NEVER anywhere to park, idont know what happened to this place but it must need a new manager or something, where is the GM to this place???? It has never been let go like this, half of the order stations don’t even work. It’s very sad, we had the best sonic before.
Paid over 5 dollars on a shake that was poorly made. Ordered a cherry limeade slush but got the soft drink cherry limeade. And I tried a frito chili pie and after eating half of it, there was a dead fly in the chips under the layer of cheese and chili. Poor service, but what do you expect going to a fast food place. Good luck to anyone else going here! And thankyou Skiatook sonic for the awesome service 🤣🤙
