It amazes me how some businesses just don't care if they keep customers coming back or not. I have been ordering from this Sonic location for a long time, and they used to do okay, but they have gone downhill very badly in the last six months or so. I have tried ordering online several times, hoping that my order would be ready by the time I drove over to this location to pick it up. This sonic location has become horrible. Been here three times over the last two months, each time the food has been extremely delayed. Last time (today) I arrived at the pickup time. Five minutes later after the screen said it was coming out, asked them about it, they said it was on its way. Another five minutes later I asked again, said it was coming out. Four minutes after that I called, said it was coming out. Ended up being 15 minutes late after the pickup time, with an attitude about it when they brought it. Don't go h... read more
