Reply: I spoke to the manager before writing this review. She was nice and wanted to assist, but due to how Sonic runs their business, she couldn’t do anything without the week-old receipt. Despite having one of the receipts that included most of the wrongful charge. (The cashier charged me for a large drink, then when I told her it was wrong, she charged me for a small without refunding the large, then I had to remind her I ordered food, too.
