Ordered a footlong Coney and tots. Tots were cold and both the chili and dog on the Coney were burnt!

They didn't put my lid on all the way so I had Orange Fanta alll over my car.
Not sure if it is the time of day, or just a single occurence, but the drive-thru smells HORRIBLE! I can't keep my window down! And slow down while taking my order!!
