not very smart employees here. came to pick up my order and had to tell her my name 5 times until she heard me. she kept asking the name of the order when i was telling her. maybe she needs to not text while helping customers. customer service isn't what it used to be. these days they hire kids who text during work. not so good for customer service.
This Sonic location has always been pretty positive consistently. Tonight our carhop was just a fantastic young man. If the receipt was correct it was Adrian and he was very friendly and respectful. He deserves a huge pat on the back. All of the food tasted good but his great customer service skills were the cherry on top!

The employees here are pretty cool. This specific day was not a good experience for me. I think the staff was having a rough day and the sound system was hard to hear through. Sorry you were all having a rough day. I love the foot longs cheese coneys, anything with taters, and their chicken wraps, and cheese burgers are fantastic !
