Not alwats fast. But im always willing to wait for my food, because i know its going to be fresh! And if i ever have a problem the staff is always kind and will go above and beyond to make it right.
I have enjoyed sonic shakes for years and like the wide variety of flavors they offer. Except tonight my Wife and I stopped to get our meal and I asked for a Green Apple shake and was told bluntly we can't do that. When we go to the shalimar Sonic they have always been happy to mix up multiple crazy flavor combinations that you have to offer. Is this a change in customer service that is across the franchise or just a employee that is not informed?
