Order ahead on the app, check in, no one is in the drive-thru when we arrive and check in. We end up waiting 25 minutes for our 2 drinks click the red button. No answer the first time around until the whole drive thru clears out. Then we click the button again, no answer for about 4 minutes, finally as we are pulling out of the spot to go through the drive thru, they finally answered. I suggest going to ANY location in Norman other than this one. We will not return to this location, we never have had a good expierence here.
Wow been waiting 20 minutes and when I tried to talk to the staff she didn't even acknowledge my existence at first.. this is ridiculous.. if they would answer the phone I would cancel my order avoid this sonic
Doesn't prioritize app orders any more. I mean crap it seems like they don't look at app orders at all when i sit there for 20-30 minutes for a shake. As someone who has worked at two different sonic locations including corporate this is beyond ridiculous and honestly aggravating. Tried calling and of course no one ever picks up the phone. Beyond unprofessional if you ask me.
