I Ordered on the app so as to get in and out but it seems they are slower than molasses they are 5 vehicles in bays 2 vehicles at drive thru and about 6 persons attending / some talking to each other . Besides the wait burgers were cold and the meat dry - over cooked and the milkshake was like soup !!! 😕🙁.
Food was never.brought out. Pushed the button 3 times to add a shake to the order but no one answered. Called to speak to a manager and was just left on hold. Now I’m hungry and upset. Thanks Sonic.
