Stood at the register for 8 minutes. 5 employees including the manager walked past me with their head down. No acknowledgment, no hello. We finally left without any service. And people wonder why this location is suffering. Bad service starts with management. Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break for nothing.
That was my first time there. I really like Sonic. I usually like to try different places to eat for lunch.
