went to Sonic's many times,the last time I went there they got order wrong, brought out drinks forgot the food,and the still got the order wrong.So I called there asked for the manager and employee answered the phone, I asked for the manager she wanted to know what was wrong,i told her and said I wanted a refund, she said what, you want someone fired,i said no and after a few minutes of having to deal with this employee the manager came on.
