Amazing service by all workers. Food was to die for. Would have again!
Only the drive through was open, which was not necessarily an issue. But on top of the rest of issues that happened, it didn’t help. When we ordered they were out of large cups?? We also ordered a shake. We parked and realized the shake was not mixed AT ALL. It was a cup of straight ice cream. And we were not given a spoon. We went back through the drive through to get a spoon and let the worker know, very nicely, that the shake was not mixed. The employees were all super sweet. But I did have to ask for ketchup even though I ordered fries and marinara sauce even though I ordered cheese sticks. Also, one of the fans in the outdoor seating area was loose and needed to be tightened back up to the ceiling.
Went through there to get a sonic blast. I felt like I was an annoyance. My card, receipt, and ice cream were all shoved at me at the same time, I sat for a moment trying to put my stuff away in the young girl opened the window and just stared at me. I apologized and left and did not check my ice cream until I got home and realized that she only gave me like a small when I ordered a medium, I have a picture, just don't know how to attach.
