Love the ice cream
Horrible customer service. I ordered on DoorDash but door dash said they couldn’t refund me . I ordered a strawberry milkshake with no real fruit. I got a plain vanilla milkshake. I called sonic to see maybe they could help. The first guy was rude and i was being nice … so I asked to speak to the manager. He hung up in my face.
