A couple weeks ago my family and I went to Sonic (Ellesworth between Quadelupe & Elliott, in Mesa Arizona 85212). We all wanted shakes... 1/2 price after 8 pm. We drove and waited in line for 30 mins. Then once we got up to the speaker they told us that the credit machine was down. No apologies!!! My problem was not that we did not have the cash with us, the problem was why didn't they communicate with us before 30 mins.... They had tons of employees on skates helping customers.
