Staff is always friendly. Quality of food is consistently good. Accuracy of orders is inconsistent. Usually a 50/50 if paid customizations come out right or not (e.g., add diced onions on chili cheese tots, add peanut butter to a frozen blast, add flavors in drinks etc.). It's close so I will continue visiting, but don't expect perfection.
