The fries I got were stale and I ercooked. I called and the said that they had not finished draining the oil from the day before. Restaurants cannot afford to drain oil everyday. They have oil cleaner. I have worked for several restraunts. The only way they would be stale is it they refused the fries from the night before. I called and the manager blatantly lied.
