Waited over 45 minutes for our food and shakes and when we got them the food was cold and shakes melted. Will not come back to this location.
The management appears to be struggling. The wait times of this location have gotten pretty bad. Ordered a milkshake, vanilla cone and scotch n soda and waited for 31mins before canceling our order and leaving. We heard two other cars around us complaining about the same thing. Management needs to figure this out.
Fast food this is not! The long wait in the drive-thru line is insane! There were only two cars in front of me and I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the window. I'm new to the area so thought it was just an anomaly, it was not! I went there a second time recently and the same thing happened and I finally was able to get out of the drive-thru line after 25 minutes and leave. Went to Sonic on Linder and this is the worst one ever!! We waited in drive thru line for 25 m I nutes after we ordered. Needless to say our food was ice cold. It had been sitting for pickup at least 20 minutes. The car in front of us should have been asked to pull forward while he waited for his order. Terrible, terrible management!! Will NEVER go to this Sonic again! SAVE YOUR MONEY
Absolute clown show. Went through the parking lot and there was a grand total of 2 cars there and I could see inside that there were 2 groups in the restaurant. Pulled up through the drive thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I then waited for 10-12 minutes before the car at the ordering spot was putting in his order. Next car in front of me pulls up and she sits there for 8-10 minutes before anyone took her order. I heard her order, it was 2 drinks. That's it.
