We have been sitting in the drivethrough for over 20 min for one hotdog. Plain with just ketchup. Its 11:20 pm.
Spent an hour waiting at a stall for an employee to even attempt to take my order. I was there to pickup an Uber eats order and resorted to going through the drive thru. It still took an additional 45 minutes to actually get to the window and pickup my order. They even attempted to bring me the wrong order while I was waiting in line.
The restaurant almost felt abandoned from how unkept and understaffed it was. Service was incredibly slow and this has been the second time I have been unimpressed by this location and I would recommend the other sonic in Boise. I just overheard the kind lady at the window telling another customer that the only staff was her and two others. This sonic needs some serious staffing.
Very horrible experience the female manager at this location told a customer they were closed even tho they had a online order. Very bad experience and it was only 11:24pm they didn't close for another 30 minutes do NOT go here she is a horrible manager
Our family goes here quite often, especially during the summer, but I’m not sure we will ever be back to this location after our last few experiences. Over the last few months it has taken over ten minutes to receive our mobile orders. Today, I mobile ordered 2 sodas for pick up at 12:06pm. Waited and waited until I gave up and left 30 minutes later. 30 whole minutes. No one answered the call button. No one came out to apologize for the wait.
