This is like the 70th time I’ve ordered extra cheese and not gotten it I’m sick of it!!!!
Sometimes, not enough employees working to provide car hop service. It's frustrating when ordering just a drink but the people ahead of you have a large order and you have to wait. They should ask drive-thru orders getting more than just a drink to pull into a space or circle around, so those waiting for only a drink can get theirs before the ice melts.
