Always fast messed up order but corrected it immediately So they were messing up my order again… Has been agile since I went because of it… Today’s order was perfect. My cherry limeade was amazing. Even better than the ones I make myself.., good job!!!!
Waited over 30 minutes to get food when I got it it was missing 7 items, when I went up to the building to ask them if I could get the rest of my food, the worker told me I was in his way and left. Used to love Sonic. Won't be coming back.
SO SLOW. It doesn't matter how you order the food - order ahead via mobile app, drive thru, parking spot, expext to wait 10-25 minutes for your order to come out.
Matthew and Sunny were SOOO awesome! They took my order and made my food perfect. Then they brought everything to me with a smile and let me know if I needed anything else they would be happy to help me! I'm from Hutchinson but I work over here twice a week and a couple of my kids live here. I will be coming back to this Sonic anytime I need some great food and even better customer service!!
