The screens are always broken, or you can't use the card readers. Kids Taking your order are rude and don't know how to take orders correctly. This is the third time I order 2 route 44 unsweetened ice tea and the tea is hot with no ice. I made them give me a separate cup with ice the last two times but this time I was in a hurry and couldn't. I am nit sure who I need to complain to.
They take for ever every single time I go it’s bad there everyone seems to hate there job there managers don’t care
