Placed order by the app. When carhop came to vehicle she hurried to hand everything into vehicle before she even said hi. Then she forgot the chili cheese tots that we paid extra for. When we push the button to let someone know, no one answered the button call for over 20 mins. Then reset the button without answering the call. Then we had to flag down another carhop and she brought out some chili cheese tots that still weren't correct. Everyone acted like we were inconvenience to them.
