I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at the Sonic in Moscow, ID. I went through the drive-through and my order was completely inedible, tots were cold, the corn dog was hard, cold, and stale, and the chicken sandwich was not fresh at all. I ended up having to go inside to demand a refund, which took 20 minutes. While I was waiting, half the staff were in the back goofing off instead of working, which explains why both the food and service were terrible. My first time eating at a sonic believe it or not. They were out of smashers. So got supersonic cheese burger. All I got was a greasy burger with only the patties and the gross cheese they use. Also it looked like someone sat on it. Fires were good tho. When I was done there was no where to put my trash
I waited at least 10 minutes or more in the drive thru just to order! When i finally got to order there eetent super friendly or apologetic about my long wait. I ordered some pretzels and he asked if i wanted the cheese sauce to which i said yes. I then went and waited at the window for my food and after waiting i got thrown a bag of food. I pulled forward and checked it because of how rude they were.
