Whoever the shift manager is on 3/02/2026 at approximately 9:30 am, should go thru some more customer service training! Telling someone to use their “big boy words” since HE messed up an order, is disrespectful at all costs. Not only that, but slamming a window in a customers face after customer saying that he ordered a large drink, not a medium, and the completely wrong drink, as it is his fault and getting mad at customer for showing the receipt of a “LARGE” drink.
