I’m so ticked with this Sonic and how it’s being ran. I had to go to 2 different stalls before anyone would answer after pressing the red button!!! I don’t care how busy you are, you should never be too busy to tell a paying customer you’ll be right with them so they have been acknowledged. I flagged a carrier down and asked if these stalls are not working because after two stalls and repeatedly Having to press the red button I’ve been here for over 10minutes trying to get food and drink! So VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I placed a order online and got home and order was wrong I called and explained and the lady that answered said to come back and she’d fix it all I understand things happen I work in fast food and I appreciate them fixing the problem and re doing my order thank you to the management
