Terribly slow I’ve been here 20 minutes because I have an online order at 310 I got here it’s 330 and I haven’t even gotten through the drive thru terrible slow service the manager needs to be fired or replaced with someone more competent to keep staff at a level where efficiency and service will be prioritized. I will be calling corporate about this. Worst service I’ve had in a drive thru.
I went to this Sonic today to try the new Salted Caramel Toffee Iced Coffee that's been advertised, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. When I tried to order the coffee with its advertised toppings—cold foam and crunchy toffee pieces—the employee at the speaker was defensive and unhelpful. No complaints about the food at this location, but the sheer laziness of one of the employees. When my order was brought out, my driver's side window would not roll down, so I rolled down the passenger side window and beckoned her to go around to the passenger side. She then proceeded to ask me why I do not open the door and would not go around to the passenger side where the window was rolled down.
