I was missing an item, so I called to advise what happened and that I was heading over, lady was nice about it, but when I got there, the guy at the drive thru asked to see my mobile receipt and took my phone totally away from me and out of my view.. it felt like he didn't believe me but ended up just giving it to me. Problem solved
