This is the best Sonics so far in OC. Service is on point and the drive up modules all work and the parking stalls are designed to fit most car models. Food is on point ☝️. Grape 🍇 cream slush 🤤.... Good job 👏 employees for making this experience wonderful.
THE WORST SERVICE. I've been waiting 50 minutes and counting for my app order and when I've pushed the button to ask about the status (because it does NOT take this long to make a slush and some fryer snacks) the employees were short and rude. Never again.
They are absolutely excellent during the day; however, when I visit after dark, my order is often incorrect, cold, old, or sloppy.

I am sorry to say but I had my first bad experience at Sonic, I usually enjoy the footlong chili cheese Coney dog but tonight the hot dog was cold and the chili cheese was not warm and they put relish on it when I never asked for relish, come on guys you can do better than that.
