The rice bowl was satisfying.
This is my third time ordering this drink, and the second time I’ve been let down. First time? Beautiful—looked just like the picture. Last two times? Sad, strawberry-less imposters. I even asked the employee if there were strawberries in it and she hit me with the ‘they’re in there, you just can’t see them’ line. Ma’am, is this a magic trick or a drink? Store owner—please train your team. On making drinks, on customer service, and maybe on how to spot an invisible strawberry.
The worse ever with wait time with Drive Thru! 30 min wait for 2 slusblhies with 3 cars in front. Not just this time but on any given evening. Ridiculous. I'm surprised that they are still in business.
