Took too long to get my food. When I was told my food was on its way out it was still another 10 min. Never going to this location again.
Went to grab breakfast and was told the most asinine thing ever. I ordered the french toast sticks meal and was told after i received my food if I wanted the syrup that is supposed to come with the meal, that it wasn't included and that I'd have to pay extra and that they are also now charging for all condiments.
EDIT 2025 JUNE : VERY slow, and they charge for ketchup It’s not a bad Sonic at all except that it’s way understaffed. I had to wait 40 minutes to get two drinks that I ordered off the app and both times the cook was the one who brought it out! Aside from the constant long waiting tines, the food comes out great and my order has never missed an item or been messed up! Also when the wait is super long they’ll give me a free medium drink my next purchase :)
Rarely go, but stopped in last night and they were out of ice cream. It was 7:30 or 8:00 and Sonic was out of ice cream. Asked two questions about our ice cream order, and the person on the speaker went to find the answer, yet it wasn't until I said okay we will take two root beer floats that he said 'we don't have any ice cream'. Pathetic customer service. No customer service actually. Just 'we don't have any ice cream'. I actually thought it was a joke.
