I've been coming to this Sonic for years, and honestly, it's beyond frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue: the drive-in speaker NEVER works. It's unbelievable that a business that relies so heavily on drive-up service hasn't fixed this problem after all this time. Every time I try to place an order, I have to repeat myself three or four times because they can never hear me clearly.
