Tonight we attempted to go to sonic for the first time in at least five years because we moved to a place that didn't have one anywhere near us, we've recently moved to Belleville, Illinois, and we're so excited to go to sonic tonight. Ordered normal chili dogs and a burger with no bun (celiac). Drive home, saw i got a burger with bun. Called to let them know. Manager Jaylen hung up mid call. Things would’ve been fine if he hadn’t been so rude to hang up in the middle of explaining that I’m disappointed i can’t eat the food i paid 30 bucks for. Staff was fine until phone call, would say terrible service.
placed an order on the mobile app for Two plain sandwiches, one chicken and one beef went up to the pick up line sat there for about 15 minutes, waiting for them to get my food while everybody else was getting their food faster and they didn’t even make it plain definitely would not recommend this location
Why are they called sonic when they aren't fast? But overall food was good
