if i could rate it negative i would this is my third time coming and they take forever to deliver the food! horrible customer service!!! i waited 25 minutes for a small shake the manger from what it seems admitted to forgetting it and brought it out did not even try to compensate for the wait or anything!
Close it down already! Only got 3 ppl working. Manager is only scheduled 3 people to work. When busy they dont answer any stalls. As a General manager I would have put this place down already for under preforming and losing money. And im sure the turn over rate here is high. Someone report to the BBB and health inspector already.
I love the happy hour prices. Friendly people . Cheerful employees. Fast service.
Just waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-through line, and then the kiosk, couldn’t get acknowledged at either place. Didn’t get any food from there, probably won’t ever go back in the future. A shame too, since sonic actually has a few things that I like, but with service like that, never going back.
Worst service can’t seem to get the order right. There was someone at the microphone getting the order and everything seem going fine up till the employee named “Jazmin” at the window took the cash for my order and I’m assuming it was too much for her to handle since it was two $20 bills and my order was for $25 and some change. She took a while to come back and handed my change after 10 mins of giving it to her. I just made a comment saying “I completely forgot I was gonna get change” that’s when her attitude change.
