My mom went to get us ice cream and herself a smoothie, took them 20 minutes and 3 times coming out in person to confirm our order and finally get our ice creams and leave, we live not even 5 minutes away, just as we walk inside our home we realise all of our ice creams/smoothies are halfway melted and watered down, we called and the lady said “it’s a new system and thats how they come out now” she offered a remake but why would i want it remade if it comes out that way? The problem with giving Sonic five stars anywhere. Is that the next time you go to the same location, it's going to be a disaster. But I can honestly say on this one occasion at this one location. The burger was perfect. Unlike the burgers on Montopolis and on East William Cannon where they burn the meat to a hockey puck, this one was not burned. It was perfect like Sonic from the '90s. I hope the next time I go to this location I get the same quality Burger. If so, I'll then give you five stars. We'll see
I came here to order food I press the red button and I wait for about 20 or 25 minutes and they ignore me, so I had to leave because my lunch time was about to expire, very disappointed with service
