Awful service at this location. Regularly get stuck in horrifically long drive thru lines and they are salty when you confront them about it
This place is in horrible shape. The dining area has been closed for months and the orders take a long time and they are out of some basic things. There’s a huge pothole in the parking lot that could cause damage to cars. It’s like the forgotten sonic that everyone gave up on and left for dead.
This location used to go above and beyond for their customers. This location has such a unique set up-but management has allowed it to decline with not landscaping and even more so when the staff refuse to smile, say "thank you" and finally the horrific flavor of the Lemonberry slush that tasted like the machine has not been cleaned since before covid. I am so disppointed and will likely never go to sonic again.
Lobby is closed for weeks and tonight mobile and curbside was ignored. I finally left without my order after waiting 20 minutes in spot for mobile. Also tried phone number on door and no answer 2x. Until corporate deals with staffing issues avoid this location on week nights.
Stop by for a quick bite during lunch and my carhop Leticia at the drive-through window was super sweet with the most amazing customer service. We could use a lot more sweet loving people like you you rock Leticia thanks. I hope you’re having an amazing day. PS keep doing what you’re doing and show that beautiful smile, Serina
