Just waited 40min for 3 drinks & 2 fries at Sonic on Brodie. At least 6 cars that got there after me got their food first. Called 2x and was told they were busy. 15 more cars waiting. Hopefully Sonic Corporate will see this and fix their staffing - pay a livable wage and you wont have staffing shortages. 6-7pm on 29Oct.
Ordered on the app and got to the location before it was due out of the kitchen. After a 4 minute drive home, all the food is ice cold, even the buns. Actually they are the coldest of all. If I owned this location, I would be so embarrassed and disgusted at the on site management that thinks this quality is ok. They make HAMBURGERS, this is simple.
Sarah was a wonderful attendant to my order. I live closer to a different sonic, but I would much rather drive the extra to come over here. The service was excellent and quick and friendly.
