There was a slight mix-up with my order, but the service here was exceptional. While corporate already resolved the issue via text support, the local management went out of their way reaching out to me directly. Usually, I don't expect much from fast-food customer service, but this team went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I really appreciate it!
I usually get the amazing drinks
Disappointed in my meal. I ordered a double sonic smasher with groovy fries. The fries were not crispy like they used to be, just kinda soggy. The smasher didn't have the crispy patties it normally did, but some thicker less flavorful patty. Not sure if they changed it but it's definitely different from the last time I ordered. Food is not that great, and seems downgraded. They also got rid of the half-price drinks deal in the app, so 2 rt44 drinks is now almost $8. The machine I pulled into doesn't work. It's nice they let you tip fast food workers here.This is a busy place. I could not find a hedgehog anywhere. Eat in your car. No roller skates in sight.
