The worst customer service experience I order all double Burgers a they gave me singles .. I went back to get it corrected they tried to give me meat in a little bag like a dog
30 mins after placing order for mobile pickup still no slush.
placed an online order at 10pm, came to pickup at 10:15. they had locked up and no one was there. they stole my money and claimed on the app it had been picked up. literal theft. I tried to call and get a refund, since there's no help on the app. unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
