My lid accidentally busted off my cup as I was exiting the parking lot and spilled in my lap so I pulled back in and asked the kiosk for napkins. the manager ended up literally running out with a rag for me and then they remade my drink without me asking, 10/10 could not ask for better service.. I never write reviews, but jaw was dropped with the level of attention in this location provided
I have worked for sonic since high school. And I've returned back to Jollyville and it was the worst experience in my life. There is no management. No organization. Food sucks and short on staff. So people leave or orders don't get completed so on . This sonic needs to be shut down. Or regulator but I will never return to that store.
A solid Sonic! Everyone on the crew I've ever interacted with has been great.
