I thought using the app was for expediency and accuracy, my experience has been the exact opposite. I find I still wait 7 to 10 minutes for my order only for it to be wrong too often. There's a young kid that works at this location that doesn't know the difference between raspberry and strawberry. It is irrationally annoying to repeatedly unsatisfactorily settle and PAY for what you do NOT want.
