Worst sonic ever. Waited an hour for an online order. Had to go to drive thru window to get food. Nobody wouldn’t even attend to the big red button. When I got the food it was cold… why are burgers cold that just came off the grill. Mind you the cheese wasn’t even melted. Tater tots were cold as well. Slushee tasted like they weren’t going off the correct measurements for the liquid syrup, was very bland. Had to take food twice. No ice cream or shakes because their machine was runny.
Wow. This has got to be the worst sonic i’ve been to ever. And that’s saying something for a sonic. They consistently take over 20 minutes to get your order taken and through. Today I just waited 40 minutes from pressing the button to getting my food. This place is a disgrace.
I waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes for mozzarella sticks and a cherry limeade (and of course the way the drive thru is you can’t leave once you are in there). It was so bad, people were starting a standing line at the drive thru door to complain about the wait and incorrect food from either the drive thru, the pull up booths, or the pick up spots.
