This place sucks. Tried to make an order outside and the lady kept repeating my order back wrong. Asked her to please don’t get my order wrong and she cut off the order (like hanging up in my face). I wanted a min then tried to order again and a different person took my order. Waited 20 mins and no order. Watch kids walk in and out eating food and could see horseplay in the building. I had to reorder my ice cream. Still took 15 minutes to bring it. Total of 25 minutes. My medium strawberry shake was only ice cream on the bottom half and only had flavoring with no strawberries on the top half. My daughter said her blast was good. The total was $10.01. My change was $9. I just give up with Sonic.
Was nice. Sat outside enjoyed the weather. Hopper was nice and made sure we did not need anything several times
We went March 28, 2026 and only got ice cream but asked for a receipt and was told The printer was down through the drive-thru.. if it’s a cash payment it seems hard to get a receipt, which makes you feel like there’s some stealing going on. This is not the first time and I’ve even had boys come from the back to take my cash payment not give me correct change and still not give me a receipt when I asked.
