After sitting in the drive through for 14 mins, decided to just pull in and order. $7.00 MEAL DEAL I SAY. Worker replied we can't sale any because we're out of chicken nuggets. I then said ok just replace with tots will be fine. I wait another 10 min and thought he didn't ask what type of drink I wanted. So I mashed the red button and before I said anything worker said it will be a 15 minute hold on all food. I asked how come he didn't mention that 15 mins before now... Note: I backed up and drove off.....
I gave 3 stars because the lettuce on my burger and it took nearly an hour to get my order
This is the worst experience I have ever witnessed at sonic or any fast food restaurant for that matter! I have never gave my order wait nearly 45 mins to find out that they never even placed my order! The lady taking my order was short and very rude! I will never eat here again!
