Got mozzarella sticks with a shake. I love being able to order from my car and staying to eat. Our order got to us pretty fast (about 5 minutes).
The individual working the carhop kiosks was very rude. We had originally asked for ice cream, however after being told about the machine being off we let them know we would just take three pretzels. Left us sitting for 10 minutes then came back with some insane attitude, “You can tell me when you’re done” “oh we thought we did” “No, you wanted ice cream and I told you the machine was turned off” “and we said it would just be the pretzels” They then changed the order to 1 pretzel and claimed that was all we ordered. Your burgers would taste alot better if you grilled them to a char and season with something like Gaelic salt or anything! Drinks are great though
Filthy bathroom and indoor eating area. Dirty bathroom sink and toilet, with (even worse) entire bathroom floor was STICKY!!! Would have lost my appetite and left if I went in the bathroom before eating. Indoor eating area was mediocre clean, but most tables were dirty. Was NOT busy, so no excuse unless extremely understaffed? Must be horrible management or overall poor company standards? Smash burger was ok. Mozzarella sticks were stiff and barely warm. Good food, good variety, fun ordering options. However the last time I came I was stuck in the drive thru with some at the speaker for 20 minutes. What's that all about??
