mess up my order period!!! over cook cheese on hamburger which I said no cheese. gave me double bacon which I did not request. no more sonic for me.
Our service today was awful. The screen didn’t work. They got our order wrong and the only way we knew it was wrong was the total. They didn’t even call what we ordered back out to us. They came out with our food and I ask for napkins as she carried our card to run it. When she returned she forgot the napkins. One small drop of mayo in my burger. It was so dry I couldn’t eat it. It will be a while before we come back!
Got food poisoning from them this past Wednesday night. Never eating there again.
RecommendedI always visit, and there is a gentleman in the drive thru named Michael that is always so welcoming. Kudos to a guy that brings it to the next level with his customer service. mask, gloves and all!
Went to Sonic (Dean Road), for lunch. The person that took our payment had gloves on. The girl at Sonic that gave us our drinks, punched the lid of what my drink order was and what my son's was without wearing gloves. Needless to say, we threw our drinks in the trash. Ordered a number 3 tonight, witch is a double cheeseburger, with bacon, asked for no tomato or lettuce, they girl said it don’t come with that so i said ok, i payed by card at 8:14 at 8:47 still no food, other cars have came and gone, at 9:06 my food came to me, frys where cold, didn’t have my milk shake, i was already pissed, then i get home, burger has lettuce and tomato, enough mayonnaise to fill a jar, my burger was ice cold, fresh from the freezer, no way it was cooked, had 7 peaces of bacon, that was raw and uncooked, ... read more

Had a app ordered meal. Tatchos had hardly any cheese, burger very cold, cheese not even slightly melted, none of the condiments were in bag when. All of this realized after I got back to work and no time to go all the way back to get corrected. Very disappointing
