serve your food in less than 45 minutes. left without getting food still. wasted my evening sitting in a sonic stall.
Horribly slow service. 2 of 3 times, their ice cream machine was broke. Cannot seem to get orders correct either. Never coming back.

I tried sonic out the last time I visited and ended up with another persons order after waiting fir 20 minutes for them to adjust my bill etc. I was still charged in correctly and still had the wrong food so they sent me a gift card... I go through today for fries and a burger and the fries are like cardboard and cold and the burger is tasteless unless adding a bunch of ketchup and salt.. This was another FAIL I don’t think I’ll even use the rest of the 20$ left on the gift card unless I choose another location... Courteous ... read more

My food was 25$ they ran my card 3X for different transactions & tried to act as if they didn’t know what was going on. I ended up losing 78$. & they acted as if it was nothing they could do.
They are always out of onion rings. When they finally had onion rings, I ordered them and other food, and it's just a pile of onions! No breading at all. Did notice till I got home. Rediculous. Can't believe they sold them to me
Have visited the Sonic located at 5889 N. Ninth Ave 3 times. All 3 times my order was small and it took 15- 25 minutes to receive it. The staff acted like I had interrupted something and took their time getting it to me. 17 minutes for 2 drinks?!?!! I will visit the Sonic nearer to my house, this isnthe last time I visit this Sonic!! Food was blah..Thanks but no Thanks!
