I placed my order online for a Diet Coke. I got there and at 1:15 pm it said my order was on its way. 10 minutes later I called and told them I still haven’t received it, and was told it was in its way... well 5 more minutes go by and still nothing. The management is terrible! They close at 10:00 and I got there at 9:30 and ordered a tea. They said, “we ran out of tea and we close at ten so we can’t make more tea”. Really? They are famous for there drinks but can’t make me a tea? My girlfriend ordered cheese sticks and they asked which sauce she wanted, then never gave it to her so we had to drive back to get it. Can't even call to speak to a manager.. dial up on their phone . RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO ASK "Would you like anything else today" or "Will that be all for you today" I've been here COUNTLESS times and in the middle of my order they will tell me the total and not ask me if I'm done.. I'm tired of it . it's rude 🙄 We are paying customers learn some respect..

RecommendedFirst time trying Sonic. My husband and I were hungry we tried this place and it was the best. Kinda pricey but unlike other fast food places it was big meals, non greasy food. The food we couldn’t tell you a word for it was just so good. We left satisfied and with some leftovers that is how much food we got. My husband couldn’t finish his foot long hot dog I ate the other half and still one left mine. It was the best experience we have ever had worth the trip. Please Sonic don’t change a thing. Bravo.

slow as can be!!!! there were three people working (if that's what you call - laughing, goofing around, etc) while people were lined up.
Honestly awful. First they claimed they didn’t have my order, then they messed it up. This place is terrible during the day. The evening shift workers are much better.
