Worst fast food experience ever. Spent over 40 minutes in the car waiting for 2 kids meals and a milk shake. We got so tired of waiting, we just had them refund our order and went to the McDonalds down the street. Either the place is very understaffed or the team is just slow and lazy. They didn’t seem to care at all when we asked why the food was taking so long or when we asked for the refund.
I waited in line for 20 minutes. No one was ahead of me. Two cars behind me left the line. I ordered a kids meal, that's it. There was MAYBE 5 cars in the stalls, they were not busy. Every time I come here the wait gets longer and longer. Staff more people or close the store. We were missing the apple sauce from the kid's meal this time, last time it was expired and carbonated.
The need to lie in SoCal regarding availability to use the bathroom, specifically to paying customers, is baffling and unacceptable. I wasn’t born yesterday.
Absolutely! By far the worst Sonic location I have ever been to in the 40 Years of me being alive. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting for my mobile app order after checking in and now I'm leaving hungry, starving and pissed off. I hope this location gets shut down because the manager and general manager both don't do a damn thing for this place.
Fist time to a sonics and let me tell you Horrible service, I’ve been waiting for over 25 min to get my food. They need to hire more people only two people working. Will not be returning.
